"Derrida in JNU" released at Sharjah International Book Fair

The Greek writer Dr. Khaled Raouf talks at the release of the novel “Derrida in JNU” published by Magic Moon Publishers at the Sharjah International Book Fair.
Sharjah, UAE – The Sharjah International Book Fair witnessed the release of “Derrida in JNU,” a novel by Nigitha John, published by Delhi-based Magic Moon Publishers. The event featured Greek writer Dr. Khaled Raouf, who presented the book to Emirati singer Mohammed Al Bahraini.
The novel explores a love story set against the backdrop of Jawaharlal Nehru University, where the author Nigitha John completed her research. Notably, “Derrida in JNU” is the first book to delve into Derrida’s theories and those of other prominent philosophers within the context of JNU campus.
During the launch, Dr. Khaled Rauf said that the Indian philosophy is blessed with literature and encouraged similar works to emerge from Greek philosophy, recommending that the book be translated into Arabic.
The event was attended by several notable figures, including Mansour al Hasani, Publishing Service Department Director of Sharjah Book Authority, Saleh Al Ansari, Rushdi Bin Rasheed Sayyed M Mehraj and Yasar Arafath.
Magic Moon Publishers also launched two other books at the event: “The Forgotten Scientists Who Changed The World” by Dr. Amjad Wafa and “The Magic Box of Manners” by Sayyed M Mehraj.
